Meet Dr. Hill

  • Dr.
    Hill

Dr. Hill joined our practice in September of 2017. Prior to joining the Goshorn Wellness Family he practiced in the Rochester area for 3 years before moving to Colorado. After 2 years of practicing in Colorado he felt the call to return to his friends and family here in the Finger Lakes region.

Dr. Hill began his studies at SUNY Albany, majoring in human biology. While working on his bachelor’s degree he was introduced to chiropractic when both his older sister and mother were in motor vehicle accidents and could only find relief and progress with their injuries through their chiropractors, as they were allergic to most prescription pain killers and other medications that were offered to them.  He also personally experienced chiropractic benefits during this time; as he was an avid collegiate rower and had already seen how well chiropractic could help improve the bodies overall function.

Upon graduation he went immediately on to the New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls to complete his doctorate in chiropractic. Dr. Hill believes in the importance of addressing all of the soft tissues and muscles that tie in and move the joints as well as the joints themselves, for a more balanced system!

Besides enjoying the Finger Lakes area and spending time with his family and friends, he enjoys practicing martial arts, visiting local wineries, and catching salmon in our beautiful lakes!

Please help us welcome Steven Hill, DC to the Goshorn family by calling for an appointment with him today!

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I've had back issues ever since I had a seizure several years ago. I started seeing Dr. Hill and it has helped immensely. I have far less pain now and he taught me some stretches for when it does bother me. I usually have my 7 year old son with me and Dr. Hill is great at interacting with him and explaining how things work. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming."

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
